We strive hard to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people who attend the centre. As in all walks of life issues arise which sometimes cause problems. We all know children and young people squabble and fall out, that’s part of life’s learning process.
However no child or young person should tolerate becoming a victim of sustained bullying or harassment. The issues of bullying or harassment are areas which we take particularly seriously. We encourage all children to let staff at the centre know, if they are in any way being made unhappy through incidents that happen within the centre. We also encourage parents/carers to contact us directly if they become aware of any situation of this nature.
Please, please contact us personally and we will do our very best to work with parents and young people to improve and hopefully resolve the situation.
